Haha. Wow. Yeah, I kind of forgot DeviantArt existed. Life has changed a lot! I'm in cosmetology school currently, getting my cosmetology license so that I can cut hair and all that fun stuff. I am still doing photography and cosplay, but I'm not sure if I'll be posting anything on here going forward. I got a wig for Fem!lock. I apologize for any horrible cosplay photos that I crazily post as I sew this. I bought a bunch of patterns and I'm gonna start tomorrow. I'm trying to remind myself that, makeup wise, this is Fem!lock, stop trying to make yourself look like Benedict Cumberbatch. Oh God oh God. I think I'm becoming as obsessed with this show as I am with Doctor Who. This is frightening.
I'm sure I'll eventually drive insane with this.

Wow, it's been a very long time since I updated anything on here. I work full time now, so it's been difficult to schedule any kind of photoshoots. I'm hoping that I'll be able to set some time aside soon to shoot a bit. I won't be able to go to Sakuracon because I'm saving up for my wedding which will hopefully be in October/November (haven't set a date yet), but I will probably see if I can take a few days off of work to go to Kumoricon and take some photos, if not at least go on Sunday to cosplay (and take photos).

I'm planning my first cosplay in a really long time, and I'm very excited about it. I'm going to be cosplaying Sherlock Holmes from... well, BBC Sherlock XD I'm going to be doing a female version mainly because I don't think I can pull off short hair. I think I will humor myself down the road and get a good short wig for it and see if I can pull it off with the right makeup. In the mean time, though, FemSherlock it is. It'll be tasteful, no skirts or cleavage. Just the way Sherlock would be as a woman XD God it sounds ridiculous just typing it. It's going to be crazy. I just want that jacket so badly.

How have you all been? I've been rather disconnected from the world and my friends because of schedules and it sucks. I'm officially obsessed with Pinterest, although I pin more than I actually craft. I keep telling myself, "Some day! Some day you'll make it AAAALLL." I've been writing terrible fanfiction and entertaining the thoughts of others, although you'll all never know if it's my fanfiction out there because it's just so ridiculous that I'll never reveal my pen name. I think I've officially gone through my quarter-life crisis as they call it, and I'm moving forward to the next one which hopefully won't be til my forties XD

Wow, it's been quite a while since I've uploaded anything here. This year has gotten very hectic for me within the past few months. I've had three people very close to me pass within the past few months, and my new work schedule definitely hasn't been helping with my free time. My apologies to those of you whom I photographed and haven't uploaded/edited the photos yet. I'm hoping to get a lot of editing done on my days off coming up I have a lot of photos even from Kumoricon that still need to be edited.

So I'm really cool and forgot to mention I'M GOING TO KUMORICON ON SUNDAY AND PROBABLY MONDAY AS A PHOTOGRAPHER LOLOLOL

If you don't have my number, I'll get on my phone and check this account throughout the day.  PHOTOSHOOTS ARE FREE, you'll get nice quality photos and I won't upload photos that make you look like crap (likewise, I won't upload a photo that is a badly taken photo, regardless of if you look good in it or not, sorry).

SO, if you want a photo, call/text me, or leave a message on here with which day and time you're hoping for. I'm going to the Ouran shoot at 2PM on Sunday, so if you're going to that just look for the girl with the Canon camera with stickers on it lmao

Something to note about my con photography, which slightly differs from the rules below: I will set up a photobucket account to just mass-dump the photos to once I edit them, they will not be sent through email or whatever. Some will be posted here on deviantART, but all will be posted to a photobucket account

Updating my photoshoot agreement.

If anyone would ever like a photoshoot, my photoshoots are free, all I ask is that if I drive to a location outside of Portland, OR, maybe give me a few dollars for gas. :3

Photoshoots don't have to be cosplay related, and can be pretty much anything you'd like within reason.

If you ever want a photoshoot, feel free to leave a comment in this journal, send me a note, contact me on facebook (if I have you added), etc., with the following:

What you want to do: if cosplay, send me a picture of the character you're cosplaying (just so I can get an idea of what I'm photographing); if you just want general modeling photos, fashion photos, senior photos, etc.

Where you want the photoshoot to take place.

What date/time you want to have the photoshoot.

Technicalities:
Agreeing to a photoshoot with me is agreeing that I have the right to post any of the photos on my deviantart page (this one) or wherever I see fit. The photos will not be sold in any way, shape, or form, by myself or by the model(s) or anyone else (I do not have control over where dA uses them if they ever do, since posting them here gives them right to use them).

You are free to post the photos I give you wherever you want as long as you give credit for photography (linking back to this deviantart page) and do NOT edit out my watermark.

Photos will be sent to you via e-mail after I have processed all the images, which may take a few days. The photos I send to you will be the ones I feel best represent my photography and your modeling. I will not post photos that misrepresent you in anyway, and likewise will not post or give any photos that I believe do not showcase my photography properly.

In certain cases, if requested, I can send you a select few of the photos without a watermark. Any photos sent to you without a watermark are intended for printing out, if you want to share with your family. POSTING THESE UNWATERMARKED PHOTOS ANYWHERE ONLINE IS A ONE-STRIKE-AND-YOU'RE-OUT DEAL. This new rule does not apply to any photos I have taken in the past and have already given to you without a watermark.
